I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were a good size with cable and fast wifi, although they were a little bit dirty. The staff was super friendly and helpful, even offering to arrange a taxi to the airport for $30 USD. The location was excellent, close to various restaurants and amenities, but slightly far from central San Jose. The dining options were delicious, especially the fresh fruit and hot breakfast choices. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
